Nebraska's New CNP System


The Current Program Year is 2015

Scheduled Maintenance: CNP System is down on Monday, June 1 @ 7:00am to 8:00am EST

On July 1, 2015, Sponsors will no longer have access to the ASP CNP system located at https://cnp.education.ne.gov/


Login/Password Applications

  • When sponsors log in the first time to the .NET CNP website (new), they will be forced to create a new password. 

    Forgot Password?  Click on 'Forgot Password' and enter the UserID and the UserID's email address.  An email will be sent to the user.  If you do not receive the email, check your junk folder.

    Can't Print? On your keyboard, click on 'F12' and make sure your Brower Mode: IE9 or User agent string is Internet Explorer 9.

    Logged out due to inactivity?
     Please save your work!  The CNP system will automatically log out the user if the session is idle for 2 hours. 

    Locked Out? Wait 5 minutes and click on Forgot Password.
