1.       On the blue menu bar, select Security.

2.       Select User Manager.
The Search for User screen displays.

3.       On the Search By drop-down list, select Last Name or User Name, enter all or part of the Name in the text box, and then select Search.

Select All to display a list of all users.
A list of users matching the search criteria displays.

4.       Select the User you wish to access.
The User Options menu displays.

5.       Select User’s Assigned Group(s).
The User’s Assigned Group(s) screen displays.

1.       On the blue menu bar, select Security.

4.       Select the User you wish to access.
The User Options menu displays.

5.       Select User’s Assigned Group(s).
The User’s Assigned Group(s) screen displays.

6.       Select the group you want to add the user to on the Available Group list.

7.       Select Add>.

8.       Select OK on the Message box that appears.

9.       Select Save.
A confirmation screen displays.

3.       On the Search By drop-down list, select Last Name or User Name, enter all or part of the Name in the text box, and then select Search.

4.       Select the User you wish to access.
The User Options menu displays.

5.       Select User’s Assigned Group(s).
The User’s Assigned Group(s) screen displays.

6.       Select the group you want to remove the user from on the Available Group list.

7.       Select <Remove.

8.       Select OK on the Message box that appears.

9.       Select Save.
A confirmation screen displays.
